Experts Share Insights During Tech Wari 2.0 Technical Training Session

Mumbai: Experts at the technical training session organized under Tech Wari 2.0 by the General Administration Department stated that the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital systems, and modern information technology is making government services faster, more transparent, and citizen-friendly.

The session, held at the Ministry conference hall, featured expert guidance on data management, data centers, GPUs, and AI-based systems. The speakers included Abhijit Dhar, Sapna Kapoor, and Praveen Dave.

At the beginning of the session, Abhijit Dhar explained the basic structure of data centers, processing systems, data storage arrangements, networking systems, and virtual infrastructure. He elaborated on how various government digital services operate through data centers and emphasized the importance of cloud technology, data security, and backup data center management.

Sapna Kapoor highlighted the importance of integrating information across various government departments. She stressed that strengthening digital infrastructure is essential for providing faster and safer services to citizens.

Praveen Dave explained the functioning of GPUs, artificial intelligence, and modern data centers. He demonstrated how AI-based systems can instantly analyze large volumes of CCTV footage, detect traffic violations, and support intelligent alert systems. He also clarified the difference between Central Processing Units (CPUs) and GPUs and highlighted the importance of parallel processing systems.
