Mumbai: 18 Cabinet Ministers inducted in first Cabinet Expansion in Maharashtra. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari administered the oath of office and secrecy to 18 Cabinet Ministers at the first major Cabinet expansion of the Ministry led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The swearing-in ceremony was held at Darbar Hall of Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Tue (9 Aug). 
Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Sudhir Mungantiwar, Chandrakant Patil, Vijaykumar Gavir, Girish Mahajan, Gulabrao Patil, Dada Bhuse, Sanjay Rathod, Suresh Khade, Sandipan Bhumre, Uday Samant, Tanaji Sawant, Ravindra Chavan, Abdul Sattar, Deepak Kesarkar, Atul Sawe, Shambhuraj Desai and Mangal Prabhat Lodha were given the oath by the Governor.

 Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were seated on the dais. The swearing in ceremony was also attended by Union Ministers of State Ramdas Athawale, Raosaheb Danve, Dr Bhagwat Karad and Kapil Patil, Leader of the Opposition Ajit Pawar and others.
