Bank of India Officers’ Association Organises Health Check-up Camp Ahead of 57th Bank Nationalisation Day
Mumbai, July 15 (Forever News): Reinforcing its commitment to employee health and well-being ahead of the 57th Bank Nationalisation Day, the Bank of India Officers’ Association (BOIOA) organised a comprehensive Health Check-up Camp at the Bank of India Head Office in Mumbai on Wednesday in association with Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

The health camp was inaugurated by Bank of India Managing Director & CEO Rajneesh Karnatak, in the presence of Executive Directors Rajagopal, Subrat Kumar, Rajeev Mishra, and Pramod Dwibedi. The event was also attended by Chief Vigilance Officer Lalit Taneja, along with several Chief General Managers, General Managers, senior executives, and officers of the Bank.
The initiative was conceptualised and coordinated under the leadership of BOIOA General Secretary Nilesh Pawar, reflecting the Association’s continued emphasis on promoting preventive healthcare and fostering a healthy work environment for Bank employees.
Addressing the gathering, Rajneesh Karnatak underscored the importance of maintaining good health, stating that physical and mental well-being are essential for sustained professional excellence, improved productivity, and quality customer service. He encouraged employees to make regular health check-ups an integral part of their lifestyle.
Speaking on the occasion, Nilesh Pawar urged employees to adopt a proactive approach towards preventive healthcare, emphasising that investing in one’s health is an investment in the institution’s future. He observed that a healthy workforce not only enhances organisational efficiency but also strengthens the Bank’s ability to deliver superior customer service.
The health camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from officers and staff, offering a range of preventive health screenings and medical consultations. The initiative forms part of BOIOA’s broader efforts to promote employee welfare and create greater awareness about the importance of preventive healthcare within the banking fraternity.
