Mumbai: Oath to the elected members of Maharashtra Legislative Council. The swearing in ceremony of ten members elected by the members of the Legislative Council on the Maharashtra Legislative Council. It took place today in the presence of Neelam Gorhe.

Newly elected members Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar , Eknath Khadse , Praveen Darekar , Pvt. Ram Shinde , Ashok alias Bhai Jagtap , Prasad Lad , Uma Khapre , Amashya Padvi , Shrikant Bharatiya , Sachin Ahir were sworn in as members of the Legislative Council today. Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council Dr. Neelam Gorhe administered the oath of office to the newly elected members.
Legislative Principal Secretary Rajendra Bhagwat and Deputy Secretary Rajesh Tarvi were present on the occasion.
