Mumbai: Viviana Mall, leading preferred destination mall in Mumbai Metropolitan Region has created history in the mall fraternity of India. With only three years of operations, the mall has been recognized for three consecutive years by International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In the 2016 awards night, the mall was declared a Silver Award winner in the Sales Promotion/Traffic Activation category by the international mall community at Manila, Philippines.
Viviana Mall devised a strategy and announced its ‘Flat 50% across 250 brands’ campaign offering a chance to win three cars along with extended shopping hours to increase footfalls during the end of sale season and combat the flash sale of e-commerce websites. The campaign was acknowledged in the 2016 ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards Program.
Receiving the award, Ms. Rima Pradhan, Sr. Vice President, Marketing at Viviana Mall said, “The initiative was aimed to make our customers shopping more convenient and exciting. The mall has already won a Gold and best of the best Honoree in 2014 and 2015 respectively at the global platform of ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards.
