The scheme would cover around 50,000 Young Graduates from any sector with age strictly between 21 to 25 for various entry level job openings with Private Sector Banks and Financial Companies. Banking Skills Training would be done based on Private Banks and Financial Companies’ selection standards. Under the scheme, the applicants will get Guaranteed Interview Opportunities with leading Private Sector Banks and Financial Companies. Also, besides this BANKEDGE will offer Monetary Rewards and Scholarships to those who will clear the Certification and Assessment conducted by Third Party Examination Body with higher grades.
The recent HR conclave and Business Partner Meet which was conducted by BANKEDGE gave the endorsement and approval to 100% Job Ready Scheme across INDIA in a meeting held at BANKEDGE Head-quarter in Mumbai. “The scheme will cover 50,000 Young Graduates for the financial year 2016-17. Banking Skill training would be done based on the Private Sector Banks and financial Companies’ selection standards,” the BANKEDGE C.O.O – Santosh Joshi said in a statement.

  • Age : Minimum 20 and Maximum 25 Years at the time of enrolment

    in Back End Operations like Account Opening Process, Clearing Process, KYC and
    Anti Money Laundering, Frauds Investigation, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange,
    Customer Support Executive, MIS Officer etc.
  • Minimum Salary Per Annum : 1.80 Lac Onwards
