Central Railway will operate Mega Block on Main line and Harbour line for carrying out maintenance work on 24.9.2017
THANE – KALYAN DN SLOW LINE FROM 11.20 AM TO 4.20 PM
Dn Slow/Semi fast line services leaving Mulund station from 10.48 am to 4.23 pm will be diverted on Dn fast line between Mulund and Kalyan stations halting at Thane, Diva and Dombivli stations and will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.
Dn slow locals will not available at Kalva, Mumbra, Kopar and Thakurli stations during the block period. Passengers of these stations are allowed to travel via Kalyan, Dombivali and Diva stations
Down fast services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.20 am to 2.42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund and Diva stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
Up fast trains leaving Kalyan from 11.00 am to 3.08 pm will halt at Diva, Mulund, Bhandup , Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule beyond.
All Dn and Up slow locals leaving / arriving Chhatrapati Maharaj Shivaji Terminus from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.
PANVEL- NERUL UP AND DN HARBOUR LINE FROM 11.20 AM TO 4.20 PM
Up Harbour services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel/Belapur from 11.14 am to 4.15 pm and Dn harbour line services for Panvel/Belapur leaving Nerul from 11.01 am to 4.26 pm will remain cancelled between Nerul and Panvel.
Up Trans harbour line services for Thane leaving Panvel from 11.04 am to 3.53 pm and Dn Trans harbour line services for Panvel leaving Nerul from 11.42 am to 4.04 pm will remain cancelled between Nerul and Panvel.
Panvel-Andheri services will remain cancelled during the block period.
However, special services will be run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Nerul & Thane-Nerul sections during the block period.
Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling on footboard, rooftop of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. These maintenance mega blocks are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
