IndusInd Bank event – Art Exhibition and tie up with Chitra Vaidya (Renowned Artist)

IndusInd Bank’s event pictures which took place at Pedder Road, Mumbai. It was a unique art exhibition on December 1 and 2, 2017 and theevent was inaugurated by Mr. Pratap Singh, Income tax Commissioner & Mr. Virat Mehta, Diamond Merchant.

The branch was transformed into an art gallery with display of paintings and prints by Mumbai based artist Chitra Vaidya. Chitra Vaidya presented select paintings from her series on Houses of Goa, flowers and bamboo collection.

The exhibition highlight was the fact that sale of each painting or print, makes a contribution to “Khula Aasmaan”, which is a free platform for creative expression by children and young adults. “Khula Aasmaan” was recently selected as a social innovation to be showcased at National Conference on Social Innovation 2017. Khula Aasmaan is open for children (5 to 15 years) and young adults (15 to 25 years).
