Federal Bank partners with M/s Spice Digital for E – Collection Service

Mumbai: Federal Bank partners with M/s Spice Digital for cash management services through the Bank’s E – collection facility. The agreement was signed and exchanged at Spice Digital Corporate office at Noida. As per the arrangement, twenty thousand plus retail outlets of Spice Digital can now remit their cash collection at the federal bank branches pan India. This helps the outlets to get replenished their running limits on the spot enabling them to continue to serve the customers hassle free.

Spice Digital Limited is a market leader of Mobile Value Added Services (MVAS), mobile applications and Internet products & services. Over the past 14 years, the company has been evolving and bringing out innovative products and services like Mobile Radio, Mirchi on Mobile (Radio Mirchi), and background music during call along with live feed from religious shrines on mobile.
Announcing the partnership, Ms Shalini Warrier, Chief Operating Officer, Federal Bank has said “Our powerful E collection platform is supporting synergetic partnerships like the one with Spice Digital which is the second largest E collection arrangement that the bank has done till date. Keeping in mind the tremendous potential, we are giving added focus at Delhi and NCR for more such corporate partnerships and alliances.”
